Silly Tool Valley(이하 “개발자”)는 I'm a Pianist Too(이하 “앱”)와 공식 안내 사이트에서 다음과 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다. 개인정보 담당 및 문의: lukechodev@gmail.com.

1. 앱에서 처리하는 정보

앱은 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용합니다. 곡별 점수·정확도·콤보·플레이 기록, 언어·음량·타이밍 설정 및 곡 이용 상태·체험 잔여 횟수·무료 체험 사용 여부는 기기에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 게임 진행 데이터를 자체 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

광고 기능은 광고 서비스에 기기·앱 정보(모델, 운영체제, 언어 등), 광고 및 앱 식별자, IP 주소와 이를 통한 대략적 위치, 광고 노출·클릭·영상 시청 등 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보, 개인정보 선택 신호를 전달할 수 있습니다. 만 18세 이상으로 선택한 이용자는 광고 표시를 선택하기 전에도 동의 확인 및 광고 준비 과정에서 통신이 발생할 수 있습니다. 처리 범위는 사용 지역, 동의 및 활성 광고 파트너에 따라 달라집니다.

개발자는 게임 이용을 위해 이름·전화번호·연락처·사진·마이크 녹음·정밀 GPS 위치를 요청하지 않습니다. 문의 이메일을 보내면 이메일 주소와 자발적으로 보낸 내용·첨부파일을 문의 처리 목적으로 받습니다.

사용 통계(분석)

앱을 개선하기 위해 Google Firebase Analytics로 이용 기록을 수집합니다. 어떤 곡을 어떤 모드로 시작·완료·중단했는지와 중단한 지점, 화면 이동, 곡 해금 안내 화면에 머문 시간과 그 결과, 보상형 광고 시청 시도와 결과, 곡 팩 구매 시도·취소·완료와 해당 금액·통화가 포함됩니다. Firebase는 여기에 앱 설치 식별자, 기기 모델과 운영체제, 대략적 국가와 언어, 앱 실행 및 이용 시간 정보를 함께 처리합니다. 이 정보는 광고 식별자와 결합하지 않으며 맞춤 광고에 사용하지 않습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 직접 식별 정보나 선택한 연령대 자체는 보내지 않습니다. 앱의 설정 → 오디오 → 사용 통계 보내기에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역과 영국, 스위스에서는 이 기능이 꺼진 상태로 시작하며, 이용자가 직접 켜기 전에는 아무것도 수집하지 않습니다. 기기의 통신사 국가 정보로 지역을 판단하고, 지역을 확인할 수 없으면 동의가 필요한 지역과 같이 꺼진 상태로 둡니다. 처리·보유 기준은 Firebase 개인정보 보호를 참고하세요.

구매와 결제 정보

본편은 유료 앱이며 추가 곡 팩은 Google Play를 통한 일회성 인앱결제로 영구 구매하는 방식으로 준비하고 있습니다. 자동 갱신 구독은 제공하지 않습니다. Unity IAP와 Google Play는 상품·가격, 거래·구매 토큰 또는 영수증, 팩 구매 권한 및 기술 정보를 처리하여 결제, 복원, 이용 권한 확인, 진단 및 부정 구매 방지를 수행합니다. 앱은 결제 카드 번호를 받지 않으며, Unity의 광고·분석 목적 데이터 동의를 자동으로 허용하지 않습니다. 구매가 없더라도 스토어 연결과 상품·이용 권한 조회 통신이 발생할 수 있습니다. 처리·보유 및 삭제 기준은 Google 및 Unity 방침을 참고하세요. 앱 데이터 삭제 시 기기에 저장된 체험 횟수와 게임 기록도 삭제됩니다. 구매한 팩은 동일한 Google Play 계정으로 구매 복원할 수 있습니다. 결제 기록은 해당 제공자의 법적 보유 의무에 따릅니다.

2. 이용 목적과 광고 파트너

기기 저장 정보는 게임 기능과 기록 유지에 사용합니다. 사용 통계는 어떤 기능이 실제로 쓰이는지 파악해 게임을 개선하고 오류를 찾는 데 사용합니다. 광고 관련 정보는 광고 제공, 동의한 경우 맞춤 광고, 광고 성과 측정, 서비스 진단 및 부정 행위 방지에 사용합니다. 광고 파트너는 각자의 방침과 사용자의 선택에 따라 정보를 처리하고 광고주·측정 사업자와 공유할 수 있습니다.

앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 중개합니다. 현재 연결된 광고 소스는 Google과 Unity입니다. 추가 연동을 준비하는 Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Mintegral, Liftoff Monetize는 활성화된 경우 광고 처리에 참여합니다. 설치 버전과 지역에 따라 제공 파트너가 다를 수 있습니다. 각 파트너의 처리·보유·권리 행사 방법은 아래에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 선택권과 권리 행사

관련 지역에서는 광고 개인정보 선택 화면으로 동의를 선택하거나 거부할 수 있습니다. 재설정이 필요한 지역에서는 앱의 설정 → 오디오 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서도 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 관련 광고 개인정보 옵션을 변경할 수 있습니다. 사용 통계 수집은 설정 → 오디오 → 사용 통계 보내기에서 끄거나 켤 수 있으며, 유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스에서는 켜기 전까지 수집하지 않습니다. 끄더라도 게임 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고를 시청하지 않아도 본편 포함 곡을 이용할 수 있습니다.

보유 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·이동 또는 동의 철회, 맞춤 광고 및 개인정보 판매·공유 거부 요청은 위 이메일로 보내주세요. 해당 법률이 보장하는 권리에 따라 처리하며, 관할 개인정보 감독기관에 불만을 제기할 수도 있습니다. 광고 파트너가 직접 보관하는 정보는 해당 파트너의 개인정보 창구로 요청할 수 있습니다.

4. 보유·삭제 및 국외 처리

기기에 저장된 앱 데이터는 Android 앱 설정의 저장공간 삭제 기능으로 지울 수 있습니다. 이 작업은 게임 기록도 삭제합니다. 운영체제 백업 설정에 따라 백업 사본이 있을 수 있습니다. 문의 정보는 답변과 후속 처리에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 목적이 끝나면 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있으면 해당 기간에 따릅니다.

광고 정보는 각 파트너의 보유 기준과 삭제 요청 절차에 따라 처리됩니다. 이메일·광고·사이트 호스팅 서비스 제공자의 인프라에 따라 한국 외 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 관련 사업자의 이전 및 보호 조치는 각 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

5. 보호 조치와 아동

개발자는 문의 정보에 대한 접근을 제한하고 필요 이상으로 수집하지 않습니다. Google 광고 SDK는 전송 정보를 TLS로 암호화합니다. 앱은 아동을 포함한 전 연령을 대상으로 합니다. 시작할 때 중립적인 연령대 선택 화면을 표시하며, 선택 내용은 현재 이용 중에만 기기에서 사용하고 서버에 전송하지 않습니다. 만 18세 미만 또는 연령을 선택하지 않은 이용자에게 광고 SDK를 초기화하거나 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 사용 통계는 모든 이용자에게서 광고 식별자 없이 수집되며 맞춤 광고에 사용하지 않고, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 본편 포함 곡은 광고 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 미성년자는 DLC 구매 전 보호자와 함께 확인해야 하며, 결제 승인 및 가족 계정 관리는 Google Play 설정에 따릅니다. 아동의 개인정보가 부적절하게 제공되었다고 판단되면 개발자에게 알려주세요. 확인 후 필요한 삭제 및 보호 조치를 진행합니다.

6. 안내 사이트 및 변경

이 사이트에는 개발자가 별도의 광고 추적기나 방문 분석 도구를 설치하지 않습니다. 호스팅 제공자는 페이지 제공과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 접속 시간 및 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 사이트에는 회원가입·문의 입력 양식이 없으며 문의 링크는 사용자의 이메일 앱을 엽니다. 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱에서도 알립니다.

Privacy policy

1. Information processed

No app account is required. Scores, accuracy, combos, play history, language, audio and timing settings, song access status, remaining trial plays and free-trial claims are stored on your device. We do not upload this game progress to our own servers.

Advertising services may receive device and app details, advertising and app identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, ad views, clicks and video interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and privacy preference signals. For players who select 18 or older, consent checks and ad preparation may communicate with these services before they choose to watch an ad. Processing depends on your region, choices and the active providers.

We do not request your name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or precise GPS location for gameplay. If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send, to handle your request.

Usage analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. This records which songs are started, finished or left in which mode and how far in they were left, movement between screens, how long the unlock screen is open and how it is closed, rewarded ad attempts and their outcome, and song pack purchase attempts, cancellations and completions with their amount and currency. Firebase also processes an app instance identifier, device model and operating system, approximate country and language, and app launch and engagement times. This information is not joined to an advertising identifier and is not used for personalized advertising. We do not send direct identifiers such as your name, email or phone number, nor the age group you selected. You can turn it off at any time under Settings, Audio, Usage analytics. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this starts switched off and nothing is collected until you turn it on. We read the region from the device's carrier country, and if the region cannot be determined we leave it off as well. See Firebase privacy for its processing and retention practices.

Purchases and payment information

The app is a paid base game with optional permanent song packs sold through Google Play one-time in-app purchases. It does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Unity IAP and Google Play process product and pricing information, transactions, purchase tokens or receipts, pack entitlements and technical information for billing, restoration, entitlement checks, diagnostics and fraud prevention. The app does not receive payment card numbers and does not automatically grant Unity advertising or analytics consent. Store connection, product and entitlement queries may occur even without a purchase. See the Google and Unity policies for their processing, retention and deletion practices. Clearing app storage deletes local progress and trial-play records. Restore owned packs using the same Google Play account. Providers retain transaction records as legally required.

2. Purposes and advertising partners

Local data supports gameplay and saved progress. Usage analytics show which features are actually used, so we can improve the game and find faults. Ad data supports ad delivery, personalization when permitted, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. Providers may process information and share it with advertisers or measurement partners under their policies and your choices.

Google AdMob mediates the app's ads. Google and Unity are currently connected. Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Mintegral and Liftoff Monetize are being prepared and participate if activated. Available partners can differ by app version and region. Their policies explain their processing, retention and rights request procedures.

3. Your choices and rights

Where applicable, the consent screen lets you accept or decline ad data processing. Where the privacy options entry is required, reopen it under Settings → Audio → Ad privacy choices. Android settings also provide advertising ID and privacy controls. Usage analytics can be switched off or on under Settings, Audio, Usage analytics, and in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland nothing is collected until you switch it on; the game works the same either way. You can play the included base-game songs without watching a rewarded ad.

Email us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out of personalized advertising and sale or sharing of personal information. We handle requests as required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. For data held directly by ad partners, you can use the privacy contacts in their policies.

4. Retention, deletion and international processing

Clear the app's storage in Android settings to remove locally stored data, including game progress. Operating system backups may exist depending on your settings. We retain support messages only as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, then delete them, except where retention is legally required.

Ad providers apply their own retention and deletion procedures. Email, advertising and hosting providers may process information outside your country. See their policies for international transfer practices and safeguards.

5. Security and children

We restrict access to support information and limit what we collect. Google's advertising SDK encrypts data in transit using TLS. The app is intended for all ages, including children. A neutral age-group screen appears at startup. The selection stays on the device for the current session and is not sent to a server. For players under 18 or of unknown age, the app does not initialize advertising SDKs or request ads. Usage analytics are collected for all players without an advertising identifier, are never used for personalized advertising, and can be switched off in settings. Included base-game songs remain available without ads. Minors should review DLC purchases with a parent or guardian; payment approval and family account controls are managed by Google Play. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or protection measures.

6. This website and updates

We do not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this website. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, access times and technical information to deliver and secure pages. There is no website account or contact form; contact links open your email application. We update this page and its effective date when practices change and provide an in-app notice when required.
